Our Process

  • Initial Consultation and Assessment
  • Design Concept and Planning
  • Execution and Project Management
  • Meet with the client: Begin by scheduling an initial meeting with the client to understand their goals, preferences, and budget. This meeting is crucial for building a rapport with the client and gathering essential information about the project.
  • Assess the space: Visit the location to assess the existing space. Take measurements, photographs, and notes about the room’s layout, architecture, and any existing furniture or decor that the client wishes to keep or replace.
  • Define the scope: Work with the client to define the scope of the project. Determine whether it’s a complete interior design overhaul, a specific room, or a partial redesign. Discuss the client’s timeline and budget constraints.
  • Develop a design concept: Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation and assessment, create a design concept or vision mood board that outlines the overall style, color scheme, and aesthetic direction for the space. This concept should align with the client’s preferences and the project’s objectives.
  • Space planning: Develop a detailed floor plan that optimizes the layout of furniture, fixtures, and decor to maximize functionality and flow. Consider traffic patterns, focal points, and ergonomic considerations.
  • Material and product selection: Choose materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and accessories that fit the design concept and meet the client’s budget. Source and present a selection of options to the client, considering factors like quality, durability, and sustainability.
  • Implementation: Once the design concept is approved by the client, begin the execution phase. This involves coordinating with contractors, artisans, and vendors to procure and install the selected materials and furnishings. Ensure that all work is carried out according to the design plan and timeline.
  • Budget management: Keep track of project expenses to ensure they align with the agreed-upon budget. Communicate any cost overruns or deviations from the initial plan to the client in a transparent manner.
  • Quality control and final touches: Oversee the installation of all elements, paying attention to details and quality. Arrange the final styling and accessorizing of the space to bring the design vision to life.
  • Client walkthrough and sign-off: Invite the client for a final walkthrough of the completed project. Address any concerns or adjustments, if needed, and obtain their approval and satisfaction.
